Ronda’s Recipes began in the heart of our home, right where the smell of something warm and sweet always drifted through the air. My mom, Ronda, has been the baker everyone in our family adores. As the fifth of six children, I grew up watching siblings gather around the kitchen island, waiting for her latest batch of cookies, bars, or perfectly gooey caramel rolls to come out of the oven. No matter what she baked, it seemed to carry a little happiness in every bite.
Mom never measured love by the cup, but somehow her treats always tasted like comfort, celebration, and home all at once. Friends, neighbors, and teachers, everyone who tried her goodies always said the same thing: “You should share these with the world.”
So here I am, a college student with a big family, a bigger sweet tooth, and an even bigger desire to share my mom’s baking goodness with the people around us. Ronda’s Recipes is my way of passing along the flavors I grew up with—the ones that made birthdays brighter, holidays warmer, and ordinary days just a little bit sweeter.
